A
consistent investment in Research and Development
has paid major dividends in the steady growth
of other businesses in AEE. Advanced sampling-analysis,
treatment process design and optimization
are the foundations on which successful
effluent treatment plants and processes
are designed. We possess reaction kinetics
study capability for complex waste, reactors
for simulating plants running on anaerobic
and aerobic schemes as well as bench scale
to scale down pilot plants.
Research
in treatability is the cornerstone of AEE's
R&D activity. Treatability studies for
various types of effluent from industries
such as petrochemical, dyes and pigments,
food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical,
pesticide and also complex composite waste
from different industries for CETPs have
been successfully carried out to client's
satisfaction. The main attended aspect of
Research is how to economize the new or
existing treatment system and implementation
of better-evolved system in consideration
of the client's requirements. Bench Scale
models are derived from treatability studies.
Depending upon the operation of bench scale
model, basic and detailed engineering package
is prepared. Moreover, commissioning of
pilot scale plant often lead us to simulate
the actual reaction conditions in a scaled
down plant.
Self
sufficient in sampling, monitoring operating
and analyzing up to advanced parameters
in water, wastewater, ambient air as well
as stack emission, soil, benthic elements
in soil etc., AEE is equipped with advance,
sophisticated instruments.
