Delhi State Industrial Development Corporation :

AEE has been awarded establishment of a sewage treatmnet plant on turnkey basis i.e design, supply, installation, commissioning, operation & maintenance for three year period, a CETP for the industries in Najafgarh road, Delhi. The scheduled completion period for this plant is 17 months.

Sabic Research & Technology Pvt.Ltd :

SABIC Arabia based leading petrochmeical unit has established a R&D center at Savli, District Vadodara under the name of Sabic Research and Technology Pvt. Ltd.As a part of the R & D, various experiments are t be conducted in the laboratory.On completion of the experiments the contents of the lab equipments are to be disposed off. AEEPL has set up on turnkey basis, an effluent treatment plant for the above application.Trial run on water is completed successfully.

Advance Microbiology Lab :

Adding to its research infrastructure, AEE intends to explore the possibility of turning its microbiological capability in the existing R&D infrastructure in developing and mass culturing microbial consortia acclimatized and optimize for industry specific waste. An uplift of the lab is currently underway to enable it to isolate the bacterial flora and develop purelines. The purelines are to be identifies, and their interactions are to be studied in the effluent from where they have been isolated, in our lab scale reactors. After community stabilization of the microflora the start-cultures are to be mass cultured, attenuated and mixed with an inert binding/matrix material for commercial use.

NABL Accreditation of the R&D Center :

AEE sees the laboratory accreditation a means to improve customer confidence in the calibration and testing so that the acceptance of the analysis is unequivocal. The National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories has been established in general with a scheme for the third party accreditation of the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. In accordance with NABL-Criteria based on internationally accepted standards and guidelines, such as ISO/IEC Guide 25 and En-45001. A very tough criteria to meet, the R&D has taken up the task to get accreditation in a period of 8 months.

Cleaner Production Assessment in Pesticide Industries :

Waste Minimization \ Cleaner Production Assessment is all set to become a significant activity and source of revenue for consulting. With few success stories behind such as vegetable oil industry, we are extending activities in pollution intensive chemical synthesis processes like pesticides & pharmaceuticals. Two such projects are mid-way, expecting waste minimization \ cleaner production interventions in 6 months time.
